1/The teaching and learning facilities and equipment (lecture halls, classrooms, project rooms, etc.) are adequate and updated to support education and research
The University possesses 5 campuses, with a total area of 30,000m2 and 56,000m2 of constructedsurface [Exh 9.1. Constructed area].Constructed surfaces of auditoria, lecture halls, multi-media lecture rooms, etc. are shown in table 9.1.

Additional to the facilities shown in table 9.1, other facilities for students to study are:
- Learning Resources Center and Learning Commons
- Space for Group works and projects
- IT specialized lecture rooms
There are three dormitories with a total constructed area of 5,112 m2, 300 rooms serving the first-year students. Female students have priority of accommodation in dormitories. In addition, Department of Student Service signs contracts with the owners of the houses near the campuses to provide home stays for other students, who might need.
2/The library and its resources are adequate and updated to support education and research
As mentioned above, the Learning Resources Center and the surrounding area forms Learning Commons for students to study, design project works, group works and a relax corner. Total area of the whole Compound is 10,000 m2.Learning resources consists of printed and electronic documents, books, lecture notes, journals, etc. The resources are updated yearly. The requests are from faculties and approved by the Scientific Board of the University.On-line resources accounted for about 40% of the total and increased quickly thanks to the University strategy to set priority to develop on-line learning resources.

Number of titles in the Library is about 100.000 and the Database students can assess are: Springer Link, IEEE Xplore Digital Library, ProQuest Central, ScienceDirect, Springer Nature, IG Publishing, DOAJ– Directory of Open Access Journals, OpenDOAR- The Directory of Open Access Resources, DOAB- Directory of Open Access Books, Lecture notes and books in Vietnamese provided by VINA, Open resources Dspace (http://repository.ntt.edu.vn/).
3/ The laboratories and equipment are adequate and updated to support education and research
The students of the program can use a modern computer system of the university (presented in section 9.4), in addition, students can use 4 more facilities reserved for the program:
- 1 digital studio
- 1 E-learning materials development room
- 1 smart classroom
- 1 conference room for group work and academic clubs
- The IT facilities including e-learning infrastructure are adequate and updated to support education and research
The University has 27 computer rooms with 910 computers. The Wifi system, with a band width of 1,300 Mbps and speed of download/upload of 7 Mbps/1 Mbps, covers the whole campus. MOODLE is the E-Learning platform of the University. Using this platform, students can learn anywhere, anytime.The E-portfolio system connects with E-learning, that assists student assessment, academic staff assessment, course assessment, etc. more effective. An early warning system also attaches to the platform to provide students and academic advisor yellow warning of students with low performance.
4/The standards for environment, health and safety; and access for people with special needs are defined and implemented
Green Campus concepts are applied to 5 campuses. The University General Clinic and Faculty of Medicine provide regular health check-ups and emergency treatments for students. All lecture rooms and other indoor facilities are air-conditioned. On campus, students and guests can easily find the way thanks for clear directory, map, exit signs, … The University signs and renews contracts to the Fire Department of the city to provide equipment and maintenance. The whole campus is designed to provide easy access for the disabled.
